Job summary

SALS HEATING AND COOLING INC is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our Ohio team. The role involves installing water heaters, disposals, sump pumps and more, with responsibilities for troubleshooting residential, industrial and commercial plumbing issues.

You will handle drains, waterlines, and fixtures, respond to electronic work orders, and strictly follow safety policies. A valid driver’s license and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years residential service & repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Install water heaters, disposals, sump pumps, etc.
• Troubleshoot and repair residential, industrial and commercial plumbing issues
• Drains, waterlines and fixtures
• Respond and complete electronic work order requests per schedule

Responsibilities of Service Plumber:

• Installation of water heaters, disposals, sump pumps, etc.
• Troubleshoot and repair residential, industrial and commercial plumbing issues
• Drains, waterlines and fixtures
• Respond and complete electronic work order requests in a timely fashion per schedule
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Must have plumbing tools
• Must be able to climb ladders and work in small spaces
• Competent use of sewer machines and cameras

Requirements

• A minimum of (3) years residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)Leak Location and Repair, a plus
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite
• Results driven in a high-energy environment
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Ability to handle physical work load
• Push/pull/lift 75 lbs or more
• Reliability and great attendance
• Must have Valid Drivers License
