User Friendly Home Services LLC / Sal's Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Sewer is hiring a Plumbing Service Technician to expand our Ohio team. You will install water heaters, troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, and support commercial and residential clients with quality workmanship.

The role offers an hourly wage based on experience, with opportunities to significantly increase earnings through commissions, performance incentives, and bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years residential service & repair experience.
• Leak location and repair is a plus.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site.
• Results driven in a high-energy environment.
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
• Ability to handle physical workload and lift 75 lbs.
• Reliability and great attendance.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Installation of water heaters, disposals, sump pumps, etc.
• Troubleshoot and repair residential, industrial and commercial plumbing issues
• Drains, waterlines and fixtures
• Respond and complete electronic work order requests in a timely fashion per schedule
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Must have plumbing tools
• Must be able to climb ladders and work in small spaces
• Competent use of sewer machines and cameras
