Job summary

Superior Services seeks an experienced Plumbing Technician to join our team, delivering quality plumbing services for commercial and residential sites while upholding safety and customer care.

You will diagnose issues, install and service water heaters, boilers, fixtures, read blueprints, follow local codes, and maintain thorough documentation. We offer medical coverage, retirement plans with company match, life insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years plumbing experience required.
• Journeyman Plumbing License preferred.
• Commercial experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and MVR eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair options.
• Install, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites.
• Install water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures; handle emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all work completed, including photos, notes, and hours worked.
• Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule.
• Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment.
