Job summary

Broadway National Inc is seeking a seasoned commercial service plumber to provide solutions for complex plumbing and drain issues. You will install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and pumps while interpreting blueprints and building codes.

Expect to troubleshoot problems, estimate costs, and perform preventive maintenance in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial plumbing, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong verbal and written

• 5+ years of experience in commercial service plumbing.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to think outside of the box for long-term solutions.
• Knowledge of regulations within the plumbing industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Pro-active, organized & detail oriented.
• Valid and clean Driver’s License is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to all commercial plumbing and drain issues.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes including joints, valves, drains and pumps.
• Installing of new plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, etc.
• Respond and troubleshoot problems and provide cost estimates.
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine appropriate work procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance as required.
• Support customer service team with vendor and/or customer escalations.
• Collaborate with service team and supply houses for materials and pricing.
• Educate and train the sales and service team to better their plumbing knowledge.
