Job summary

Broadway National Inc is expanding its Mobile Technician division to deliver hands-on quality and reliability. We currently have a team of technicians across the country and plan to double by the end of 2027 nationally.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Team oriented with ability to work independently.
• Strong mechanical ability and handyman experience.
• Willingness to travel within tristate area.
• Able to meet deadlines and work flexible hours.
• Weekend and after-hours shifts possible.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls.
• Respond promptly and attempt to fix problems on first visit.
• Communicate necessary information to provide cost-effective solutions.
• Use multiple types of power and hand tools.
• Perform repairs such as drywall patching, painting, ceiling tile replacement, and general maintenance.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections and other services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls
• Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems within first trip
• Communicate with internal teams’ necessary information to provide our clients with the most cost effective, efficient solutions
• Ability to use multiple types of power and hand tools
• Ability to conduct repairs such as, but not limited to; patching drywall, painting, replacing drop ceiling tiles, Trilogy locks, and any other building maintenance tasks
• Operating and maintaining company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services

Job Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Demonstrate a strong mechanical ability and have handyman experience
