Job summary

Broadway National Group in Edison, NJ, is seeking a seasoned commercial service plumber to join our growing team. You will diagnose, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for a diverse range of high-profile clients, interpreting blueprints and codes, and delivering cost-effective solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong customer service, a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial service plumbing.
• Demonstrated customer service skills; excellent phone etiquette a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid and clean driver’s license is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to all commercial plumbing and drain issues.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes including joints, valves, drains and pumps.
• Installing of new plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, etc.
• Respond and troubleshoot problems and provide cost estimates.
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine appropriate work procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance as required.
• Support customer service team with vendor and/or customer escalations.
• Collaborate with service team and supply houses for materials and pricing.
• Educate and train the sales and service team to better their plumbing knowledge.

• Valid and clean Driver’s License is a must
