Job summary

R. H. Foster Energy is seeking a Master Plumbing Technician to support service operations through repairs, maintenance, installations, inspections, and troubleshooting for residential and commercial customers.

You will perform preventive maintenance, install and repair components, read blueprints, and ensure safety while delivering high-quality service. A Maine license or eligibility, clean driving record, and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Gas Fitter/JPG license preferred or required depending on work performed.
• Valid State of Maine driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to obtain CDL Hazmat Endorsement.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing systems.
• Install and repair plumbing components, pumps, valves, and piping systems.
• Maintain inspection records for backflow preventers and boilers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and plumbing layouts.

What You’ll Do

Physical & Work Environment
