Job summary

Townsend Energy is seeking an experienced Service Plumber for residential plumbing service, repair, and installation in NH. The role involves diagnosing and repairing a wide range of plumbing fixtures and systems in homeowners’ homes, with emphasis on safe, code-compliant work.

Qualifications include 5+ years of residential plumbing, a valid Journeyman license or eligibility, and familiarity with boilers and hydronic heating. Strong communication and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing service and installation experience.
• Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License required, or eligibility to obtain licensing.
• Experience with boilers and hydronic heating systems preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential plumbing service, repair, and installation for homeowners
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of plumbing fixtures and systems
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems in accordance with plumbing codes and specifications
• Repair and install fittings, valves, appliances, and fixtures including water heaters, dishwashers, sinks, and toilets
• Utilize soldering, brazing, and welding equipment as needed to complete plumbing repairs and installations
• Communicate repair recommendations and upgrade options clearly and professionally with customers
• Perform minor to major re-pipe projects with attention to quality workmanship and efficiency
