Michael and Son Services is seeking motivated individuals to join a fast-paced team. Training is 8 weeks at our Richmond Technical Academy, with free housing for out-of-area students and hourly pay during training.

After completing the academy, technicians typically earn $61,000–$73,000 annually as they progress into management tracks. We provide continuous industry-leading training, a fully-stocked take-home service truck with insurance, a gas card, company cell phone, and paperless

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales environments preferred.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are necessary.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
