Michael & Son Services Inc is offering a fast-track training program in Richmond, VA, designed to turn customer-service oriented individuals into skilled service technicians. The program includes 8 weeks of immersive training at our Richmond Academy, on-the-job practice, and ongoing development.

Successful candidates receive free housing, field-certified trainers, and a fully stocked take-home service truck after training, plus comprehensive benefits.
