Michael and Son Services is seeking goal-oriented individuals to join our service-training program in Virginia. No experience required; we provide an 8-week immersive academy in Richmond, hands-on training, and ongoing development to fast-track into leadership roles.

During training you’ll earn hourly pay, receive free housing if you’re from out of area, and gain access to a fully stocked take-home service truck, company cell phone, and dispatch tools as you grow toward management opportunities.

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Pass Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Undergo 8 weeks of immersive training at the Richmond Michael and Son Technical Academy and on-the-job training.
