Michael & Son Services Inc is recruiting entry-level trainees for its service-technician track. The program includes 8 weeks of immersive training at the Richmond Technical Academy, with on-the-job training and ongoing development.

The right candidates will have customer service and sales strengths, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check. Tuition is deferred, and a fully-stocked take-home truck is provided after training.
