Job summary

Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking an experienced Top-Out Supervisor to lead and manage residential and commercial top-out plumbing operations. You will oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate crews, read blueprints, and ensure workmanship meets company standards and project deadlines.

The role requires strong field leadership, knowledge of plumbing codes, and the ability to manage multiple crews while maintaining safety and efficiency on job sites.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience with top-out supervision preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct top-out plumbing crews on commercial job sites.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet project timelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings.
• Ensure work complies with code requirements and safety policies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members; communicate progress to management.

This position plays a critical role in coordinating crews, maintaining schedules, and ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets company standards and project deadlines.Position SummaryThe Top-Out Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day top-out plumbing activities on assigned projects.
