Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking an experienced Top-Out Supervisor to lead and manage residential top-out operations and coordinate crews on commercial projects. This role requires strong field leadership, technical plumbing knowledge, and the ability to meet project deadlines.

You will read blueprints, ensure safety and code compliance, train crew members, and communicate progress to management. A Journeyman or Master Plumber license or equivalent experience is preferred, with 5+ years

Qualifications

• Must have strong field leadership and plumbing knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience; top-out supervision preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and direct top-out plumbing crews on commercial job sites
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet project timelines
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with code requirements
• Monitor material usage and coordinate with warehouse and project management teams
• Conduct jobsite walkthroughs to ensure quality control and workmanship standards
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members
• Enforce company safety policies and jobsite procedures
• Communicate progress, challenges, and manpower needs to management
