Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking an experienced and dependable Plumbing Supervisor to lead residential plumbing operations and support field teams. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support plumbing crews on residential job sites to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
• Review plans, specifications, and job scopes to ensure proper installation and compliance
• Monitor daily operations, including job progress, staffing, and material usage
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company expectations
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and skill levels
• Coordinate with project managers, budget coordinators, and office staff to resolve issues and maintain workflow
• Conduct quality control checks and address any deficiencies or rework needs
• Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and company vehicles

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, materials, and installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Dependable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
