Air Experts Heating and Cooling in Raleigh, NC is hiring a full-time Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain residential plumbing systems. You will travel to job sites, provide exceptional customer service, and work with the dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers
• Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining plumbing systems and their components in residential applications
• Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services we provide to benefit them
• Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process
• Learning the Air Experts & Raleigh Heating and Air Plumbing Technician Method (we will train you to be successful)
