NC Water Heaters is seeking a residential Service Plumber based in Raleigh to install, repair and maintain plumbing and water heater systems for homeowners and property managers. The role emphasizes customer communication, on-site service, and timely problem solving.

The ideal candidate has a strong service mindset, reliability and is able to work independently within a supportive residential team. Backflow certification is a plus, and the company emphasizes growth potential and competitive

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a plumber.
• Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficiency with plumbing tools.
• Backflow certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Install, maintain and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Rough in and trim out plumbing for interior remodels.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality and code compliance.
• Inspect and perform plumbing repairs and replacements.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests via rotating on-call.

NC Water Heaters is looking for a residential Service Plumber to join our residential team. The Plumber will be based out of our Raleigh office and is responsible for providing on‑site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing & water heater systems.

The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. They will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service. Preference to those with backflow experience and certification.

What to Expect

• 5-Star Plumbing Services – Provide stellar residential plumbing services to homeowners, realtors and property managers in the Triangle area, Monday-Friday from 8-4pm. Troubleshoot each problem and guide customers on how to properly use equipment. Use our software to dispatch, invoice and document customer service calls. Rotating on‑call. Work independently and with a great team

Requirements

• Installing, maintaining and repairing residential plumbing systems and fixtures
• Rough in and trim out plumbing related to interior remodel projects
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance
• Inspect and perform plumbing repairs and replacements
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests through rotating on‑call
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Complete all required documentation in mobile app

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a plumber
• Good working knowledge of plumbing materials
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Good listening and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and patience
• Physical dexterity
• Valid Driver's License
• Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship (preferred but not required)
