Lee Company is a Tennessee-based plumbing service provider that diagnoses and fixes residential plumbing issues, from faucets to water heaters, both inside and outside clients’ homes. Technicians handle repairs and replacements and use drain machines to clear clogs of varying sizes, while maintaining clear customer communication.

The role emphasizes field service excellence, safety, and timely problem resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction and clean workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in plumbing install and/or service.
• Knowledge of tank-less water heaters is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and determine repairs or replacements.
• Perform repairs and replacements of plumbing components inside and outside customer homes.
• Operate drain machines to clear clogs of various sizes.
• Maintain clear communication with customers during service visits.

Job description

Summary of Job:

Applicant will need to be able to diagnose residential plumbing issues/problems, which will include anything from faucets to drain clogs or conventional style water heaters and tank-less style as well. The technician must be able to do repairs as well as replacements of anything that has to do with the plumbing in any given resident. Technician should also be familiar with working any type/size drain machine to attempt to clean/clear any sized drain stoppage. Our service techs work inside and outside of our customer’s homes and are always in direct communication and contact with them.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred
• 3-5 years of experience preferred in a combination of plumbing install and/or service
• Knowledge of tank-less water heaters is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
