Job summary

The Lee Company in Franklin, TN is seeking a skilled residential plumbing service technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues, from faucets to water heaters, including tankless systems.

The ideal candidate will perform installations and replacements, work both inside and outside customers' homes, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout service visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience preferred in plumbing install and/or service.
• Knowledge of tank-less water heaters is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues, from faucets to drains and water heaters.
• Perform repairs and replacements of plumbing components as needed.
• Operate various drain machines to clear stoppages of all sizes.
• Work inside and outside customers' homes and communicate clearly with clients.

Job description

Summary of Job:

Applicant will need to be able to diagnose residential plumbing issues/problems, which will include anything from faucets to drain clogs or conventional style water heaters and tank-less style as well. The technician must be able to do repairs as well as replacements of anything that has to do with the plumbing in any given resident. Technician should also be familiar with working any type/size drain machine to attempt to clean/clear any sized drain stoppage. Our service techs work inside and outside of our customer’s homes and are always in direct communication and contact with them.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred
• 3-5 years of experience preferred in a combination of plumbing install and/or service
• Knowledge of tank-less water heaters is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
