Job summary

Sierra Air is seeking motivated plumbers to join our growing Reno team. The role requires 3–5 years of plumbing experience, a valid driver license, and the ability to deliver solutions for customers with integrity and strong communication skills.

Earn $26-$35 per hour depending on experience, plus commissions and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates. Flexible shifts available, and a company vehicle is provided after probation.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Valid driver license and insurable driving record.
• Must pass drug and background screens.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance and functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems
• Prepare cost estimates
• Collect payment for services rendered when required
• Follow through on job problems and communicate issues with Dispatch
• Keep abreast of all company sales promotions and pricing
• Attend training classes and seminars to maintain expertise in the field

• Monday – Friday
• Tuesday – Saturday
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

Duties And Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

Work will be performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, in various weather conditions, including temperatures above 100 degrees, snow, and other inclement weather; from heights, on ladders, in small spaces, and on rooftops. Frequent standing, squatting, and sitting for extended periods of time is required. Must be able to perform the following:

• Occasionally lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders and balance
• Regularly use hands to handle and feel objects
• Sit, walk, stoop, stand
• The ability to see up close and at a distance
