Job summary

We Care Plumbing, Heating & Air in Southern California is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair plumbing issues, leaks, clogs and faulty fixtures, while installing and maintaining piping and fixtures. You will ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards and communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and solutions.

In this role you will perform safety and performance tests, generate detailed service reports, and support a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing service is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to explain issues and solutions to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
• Install and maintain pipes, faucets, and plumbing components.
• Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.

You will ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system. Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service.
