Tony’s Plumbing, Heating, and Air is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing issues. You’ll handle service calls, perform maintenance, and ensure work meets codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential and/or commercial plumbing service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• ServiceTitan and Nexstar experience.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, professional, and motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential and commercial plumbing issues.
• Perform service calls including repairs, maintenance, and system evaluations.
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Clearly communicate findings and solutions to homeowners.
• Accurately complete service paperwork and documentation.
• Participate in training opportunities to continue developing your skills.
