Job summary

Rock Service Pros is seeking motivated plumbing technicians to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems across residential and commercial calls. You will work with a dedicated team on diverse projects, while earning commissions on services sold and receiving a branded company vehicle with equipment and a fuel card.

On-call schedules rotate for evenings and weekends, promoting work-life balance. The role includes diagnostics, tankless water heater work, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong construction site experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair.
• Proficiency in plumbing techniques, including pipe threading, and schematic reading.
• Mechanical knowledge of plumbing components as well as HVAC systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and construction machinery safely.
• Experience with simple carpentry or handyman tasks that support plumbing projects or remodeling efforts.
• Backflow licensing is a major PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a positive way to sell estimates.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Perform diagnostics, pipe threading, specialized tech (such as tankless water heaters), and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections and durable installations.
• Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing fixtures and systems while adhering to safety standards.
• Utilize HVAC knowledge when working on systems that integrate heating, ventilation, and air conditioning components.
• Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair work while maintaining proper ergonomics.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for documentation purposes.
