Ultimate Heating, Air & Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in high-quality service and great customer experiences on every call. You’ll be the face of the company in homes, solving problems with professionalism and accountability.

This role emphasizes diagnosing issues, educating customers, and delivering a 5-star service experience while maintaining safety and industry standards. Training is provided, with growth opportunities and ongoing in-house education.

Competenze

• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and insurable record.
• Plumbing experience: 2+ years.
• Apprentice or Journeyman plumbing license required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

The Role (What You’ll Own)

You Will

Service & Technical Execution

• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs and installations


• Diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions


• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

• Deliver a 5-star service experience on every call

What We’re Looking For

• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and insurable record


• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)
  
• Plumbing experience:


• Apprentice or Journeyman plumbing license: Required


• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail


• Knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety standards


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
