True Plumbers & AC in Central Florida is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair pipes and fixtures in residential and commercial properties, serving Lakeland, Plant City, Wesley Chapel and nearby communities.

This role focuses on inspecting drainage and plumbing systems for regulatory compliance, coordinating with homeowners and businesses, and contributing to a teamwork-driven culture with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Work well independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, and caulking.
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
• Direct helpers engaged in pipe cutting, preassembly, and installation of plumbing systems and components.
• Keep records of work assignments.

True Plumbers & AC is hiring a Plumbing Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair pipes and fixtures for heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems in residential and commercial properties across Central Florida. You will serve homeowners and businesses in Lakeland, Plant City, Wesley Chapel, and nearby Central Florida communities, inspecting drainage and plumbing systems for compliance with regulatory codes and leaving every job done right.
