Job summary

ColonialWebb Contractors Company in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs and alterations to medium to large, complex building plumbing/piping systems. Ideal candidates have a Journeyman license and at least five years of commercial plumbing

Qualifications

• Journeyman license required (Masters license preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Plumber with troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial plumbing systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing system failures such as leaks and stoppages.
• Repair water closets, sanitation and fire sprinkler piping systems.
• Service domestic water heating and hydronic systems.
• Assist with alterations on commercial plumbing projects.
• Coordinate with building owners and maintenance staff.
