Job summary
ColonialWebb Contractors Company in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs and alterations to medium to large, complex building plumbing/piping systems. Ideal candidates have a Journeyman license and at least five years of commercial plumbing
Qualifications
- Journeyman license required (Masters license preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Plumber with troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial plumbing systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose plumbing system failures such as leaks and stoppages.
- Repair water closets, sanitation and fire sprinkler piping systems.
- Service domestic water heating and hydronic systems.
- Assist with alterations on commercial plumbing projects.
- Coordinate with building owners and maintenance staff.
