Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs and alterations to medium to large, complex building plumbing/piping systems. The role offers top-of-market wages and overtime incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have Plumbing Journeyman license (Masters preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Plumber with troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial plumbing systems.
• Communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs and alterations to medium to large, complex building plumbing/piping systems.
• Work with various sanitary and water heating systems including water closets, sanitation systems, fire sprinkler piping, storm drainage, and hydronic systems.
• Maintain safety and code compliance.
• Collaborate with team to deliver reliable service to clients.
