Pasterkamp Heating and AC Co is seeking skilled and motivated Plumbing Service Technicians to join our trusted and growing team in Denver, Colorado. As a key member of our service and maintenance department, you'll perform expert plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in residential and light commercial environments. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Service & Quality
- Accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and light commercial applications.
- Perform first-call completions whenever possible, adhering to high company quality standards.
- Maintain 100% compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety requirements.
- Manage warranty callbacks with the same attention to detail as new service requests.
- Customer Satisfaction & Communication
- Deliver 100% customer satisfaction through exceptional service and communication.
- Address customer concerns professionally and ensure all solutions align with company guidelines.
- Promote maintenance agreements (SA renewals) and educate customers on plumbing best practices.
- Serve as a team leader, setting the tone for service quality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with service management and peers to coach and mentor fellow technicians.
- Participate in team training workshops and promote a positive, team-first work culture.
- Performance & Accountability
- Achieve KPIs including:
- Billing Efficiency ≥ 75%
- $200 per hour sales productivity
- Warranty callback ratio ≤ 1%
- 1st-call completion rate ≥ 95%
- SA renewal rate ≥ 85%
- Minimum 1 lead/15 calls
- Customer satisfaction rating ≥ 9.0
- 100% vehicle inventory accountability
- Maintain compliance with company image and vehicle standards.
- Administrative & Compliance
- Accurately complete service reports and submit required documentation on time.
- Attend all required safety workshops, service meetings, and training programs.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding service issues and performance metrics.
- Professional Development
- Attend all company-sponsored technical training.
- Work toward achieving Journeyman or Master Plumbing License as part of career development.
- Take initiative in personal skill growth and leadership within the department.
Qualifications:- Proven field service experience in plumbing, across various system types.
- Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair plumbing systems to code.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to perform plumbing tasks including lifting 50 lbs., kneeling, working on ladders, and in variable environments.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Plumbing licensure preferred; willingness to pursue additional certifications encouraged.
- Positive mental attitude, commitment to team success, and alignment with company values.

Work Schedule:- Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Rotating after-hours shift (4 PM-8 PM) once per week
- One Saturday shift (8 AM-12 PM) every 6 weeks
- No Sunday work
