Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking motivated Plumbing Helpers to join our growing team in Maryland. You’ll earn while you learn, working alongside experienced plumbers to gain hands-on experience and build the skills needed for licensure.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1+ year in a plumbing helper role preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced plumbers with residential service, repairs, and installations.
• Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and use tools/equipment properly.
• Maintain truck inventory and ensure tools are organized.
• Communicate with dispatch, managers, and team members.
• Keep a clean, professional appearance and represent Boothe’s with pride.
• Participate in training and development to advance skills.
• Safely follow all workplace and safety procedures.
