Plumbing Service Technician

• Primarily residential service plumbing, some new piping and installation, residential water and sewer pipe replacement.
• Under the guidance of our dispatch department, work closely with our in-house tech support and other resources to provide a consistently high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Fixture repair and placement.
• Plumbing appliance repair and replacement including all types of water heaters.
• Be responsible for code compliance and excellent workmanship.
• Always provide the highest level of customer service.
• Must have experience with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
• Use a tablet and provided software to create estimates and invoices (training and support continuously provided).

Teamwork is essential to the fabric of our company; possible teamwork responsibilities include:

• Teaching other team members.
• Learning new skills every day enthusiastically.
• Participation in team meetings and trainings.

Preferred Licensing and Qualifications:

• Applicable plumbing licenses/certifications, not required, but a plus.
• 3+ Years of Experience.
• Valid Driver's License (required).
• Pass a background check screening (required).
