Job description

Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist @ KODIAK | Recruitment

Pay Range

This range is provided by KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Please talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair medium to large plumbing systems, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections according to service agreements.
• Complete documentation accurately, including work orders and logs.
• Utilize company mobile tools and maintain a professional appearance.
• Manage truck inventory and tools; obtain purchase orders as needed.
• Communicate with the service coordinator and attend meetings.
• Follow safety protocols and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• EPA 608 Universal certification.
• At least 4 years of plumbing service experience.
• Knowledge of BOCA code and OSHA safety standards.
• Strong diagnostics, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly.
• Flexible to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and on-call.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/carry up to 80 lbs. with assistance.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and ladder climbing.
• Must wear PPE and be fit for physical fieldwork.
• Good vision (corrected or uncorrected).
