The GOAT Plumbing Air and Electric, LLC is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Plumbing Service & Sales Technician who delivers exceptional service while identifying homeowner needs. Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Experience presenting service options, providing estimates, and closing sales.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable for performance.
• Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service residential plumbing systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations according to industry standards.
• Identify plumbing concerns and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Present clear repair, replacement, and upgrade options based on customer needs.
• Prepare accurate estimates, explain pricing, and confidently close sales.
• Identify additional service opportunities when appropriate, without unnecessary upselling.
• Follow up on estimates and ensure customers feel confident in their decisions.
• Document service calls, estimates, and completed work in ServiceTitan or company systems.
• Collaborate with dispatch, management, and installation teams.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
