The GOAT Plumbing Air and Electric, LLC is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service & Sales Technician to diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems while educating customers and closing sales based on real needs.

This service-first, sales-driven role emphasizes quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation within a team-oriented environment. Compensation includes performance-based commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Experience presenting service options, providing estimates, and closing sales.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

What You’ll Do

Performance & Accountability

• Meet established service, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain strong closing percentages through consultative, needs-based selling.
• Accurately document service calls, estimates, and completed work in ServiceTitan or company systems.
• Collaborate with dispatch, management, and installation teams.
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred.
