Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Experience presenting service options, providing estimates, and closing sales.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service residential plumbing systems.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations according to industry standards.
• Identify plumbing concerns and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure customer needs are addressed.
