Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Service Manager who will train, develop, and supervise technicians to provide plumbing service, repair, and installation for commercial and/or residential customers.

The role offers a base salary of $110,000–$130,000 plus a bonus opportunity, company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) match, and paid time off. You will manage scheduling, performance, and training while ensuring top customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 6-8 years journeyman plumbing experience.
• Related training or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Proven success leading a team to achieve branch objectives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate service employees, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Coach technicians to improve productivity and sales skills.
• Provide technical support in the field via radio, phone, or on job sites.
• Review technician paperwork and ensure equipment is in good condition and vans look professional.
• Oversee dispatch to assign the right technician based on customer needs.
• Support plumbing technicians and resolve customer issues for satisfaction.
• Assist the general manager with data collection and reporting.
• Conduct site surveys and review payroll records for proper pay.
• Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship.
