Job summary

ESPO Corporation in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to lead daily service operations, oversee field personnel, and drive customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability. This on-site, direct-hire role pays $120,000–$140,000.

You will manage a team of technicians and dispatchers, optimize scheduling, monitor KPIs, and maintain a strong safety culture while growing service agreements and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial plumbing service experience with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage service operations, dispatching and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and preventive maintenance.
• Experience budgeting, profitability, labor costs, and metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong culture of safety, accountability, and customer service excellence.

Our client, a growing commercial services organization, is seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to lead daily service operations, oversee field personnel, and drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of plumbing technicians, dispatchers, and support staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Illinois Plumbing License or equivalent industry credentials.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, or property management environments.
• Union workforce experience is a plus.
• Backflow certification is preferred but not required.
