The GOAT Plumbing Air and Electric LLC in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a high-energy, creative Marketing Manager & Creative Lead to elevate our brand and drive growth.

You'll own brand identity, campaigns, lead generation, and cross-territory marketing strategies, supporting our field teams with materials and promotions. You’ll manage budgets, ROI, and vendor partnerships while turning creative ideas into measurable revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing required or equivalent
• 5+ years of marketing experience preferred
• Proven experience in creative leadership, brand development, and lead generation.
• Experience managing multiple locations, markets, or territories.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and advertising.
• Ability to develop creative campaigns and measure their results.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and outside vendors.
• Home services, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar industry experience is a strong plus.
• A self-starter who takes ownership, thinks strategically, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

The Opportunity

You'll lead marketing, branding, creative direction, and lead generation across our entire organization, supporting multiple distinct territories.

You'll be the creative force behind The GOAT brand, developing innovative campaigns that make us stand out while generating qualified leads and driving revenue.

At The GOAT, our technicians and installers are our frontline salespeople. Your job is to create the marketing strategies, customer demand, and brand recognition that set them up for success.

What You’ll Own

• Creative Leadership: Own the creative vision, brand identity, messaging, and campaign development across the organization.
