Role Description
The Plumbing Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, focused on supporting clients with high-end plumbing product selection and sales. This role includes welcoming and engaging clients in the showroom, listening to project needs, and recommending appropriate plumbing fixtures and complementary products. The specialist collaborates with designers, trade professionals, and homeowners to prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate product specifications. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, following up on leads, providing updates on order status, and coordinating with internal teams to support smooth installation and delivery. The Plumbing Sales Specialist is expected to uphold the company’s service standards, contribute to a visually compelling showroom, and build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities to engage clients and support collaborative design.
- Sales experience with plumbing or related building materials, with demonstrated ability to close sales and meet goals.
- Professional Phone Etiquette for handling inquiries, following up on leads, and coordinating with trade partners.
- Basic understanding of finishes, fixtures, and materials (including Paint and surface considerations) to support product recommendations.
- Ability to learn technical product details, read plans or specifications, and communicate options clearly to clients.
- Comfort working in a design-focused showroom environment, with attention to aesthetics and detail.
- Organizational skills for managing quotes, orders, and timelines in a fast-paced, client-driven setting.
- Prior experience in plumbing, bath, kitchen, or luxury home design sales is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in design, construction, or related fields are a plus.
