Job summary

L.A. Hydro Jet & Rooter Services is hiring a Plumbing Sales Representative in the San Diego area to drive new business and manage client accounts. You will work to meet or exceed sales targets, present our plumbing services to potential clients, and close deals through strong negotiation and relationship-building.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B sales, a proven outside sales background, and solid communication skills. A valid Class C driver’s license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales or account management experience.
• Proven outside sales experience.
• Hold current Class C Driver’s License.
• Have a clean MVR.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Present and promote our plumbing services to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

L.A. Hydro Jet & Rooter Services compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 plus uncapped tiered commission on all new sales. Benefits include company vehicle and career advancement opportunities. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. L.A. Hydro Jet & Rooter Services' compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
