Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales to club and non-club customers focusing on the Plumbing Safety Inspection and sewer/drain work.
• Serve as brand ambassador, maintaining professional demeanor and adherence to company policies while operating company vehicles.
• Monitor plumbing repair, sewer and re-pipe jobs daily to ensure they progress and meet contractual timelines.
• Collaborate with Field Drain Techs, Sewer Supervisors, PSI technicians and Sales Coordinators to provide accurate solutions and meet customer and company objectives.
• Resolve contractual and job performance concerns with customers and Supervisors, maintaining a customer-oriented focus.
• Apply plumbing knowledge and use standard tools and camera equipment to diagnose and address drain issues.

The role reports to the Install Manager and requires working closely with field technicians and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
