Job summary

Moore Home Services, serving Sonoma, Marin, Napa, and surrounding areas, seeks a Plumbing Sales Representative to generate and secure plumbing sales, manage bids, and maintain customer relationships while driving growth. You will report to the Install Manager and collaborate with field technicians and supervisors.

The role requires at least 2 years of residential plumbing experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Conduct outside sales to club and non-club customers, focusing on plumbing safety inspection and sewer/drain department.
• Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism and adhering to company policies while operating company vehicles.
• Job Management: Monitor plumbing repair, sewer and re-pipe jobs daily to ensure progress and timelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Field Drain Techs, Sewer Supervisors, PSI technicians and Sales Coordinators to provide accurate solutions.
• Customer Relations: Resolve contractual and job performance concerns with customers and Supervisors.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrate knowledge of general plumbing, camera operation, drain issues, and installation methods using standard tools and equipment.
