Qualifications

• 6 months' experience with computers and basic data entry.
• 6 months' experience with retail tech (phones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting products.
• Restock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store operations.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, hardware).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
