Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate at our Uniontown store to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, knowledgeable guidance throughout their visit.

You will assist with locating merchandise, answer questions, stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, and collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service. Qualifications

• Six months of computer experience.
• Six months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock and organize shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to extend service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipe, lumber) based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
