Bell Brothers in California seeks motivated Plumbing Safety Inspection Consultants to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners needing plumbing services, assessing needs, explaining solutions, and presenting accurate estimates.

This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and growth within the company, with opportunities to earn commissions and advance alongside our technicians and service teams.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with sales exposure a plus.
• Hands-on ability to work with tools and get your hands dirty.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform lifting, climbing, and tight-space tasks.
• Valid driver's license in the working state (CA).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess plumbing issues and recommend solutions.
• Educate customers on available plumbing services, products, and pricing.
• Prepare and present estimates and service agreements.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
• Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Pay Range

$50,000 - $80,000 USD
