Job summary

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air in California is seeking a Plumbing Install Lead to join our growing team. You will install pipes and tubes, coordinate with the crew, and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position with potential overtime. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication with clients, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while adhering to safety standards.

• Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
• Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Install Lead to join our growing team! The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional multi-tasking skills, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring)

Pay Range

$75,000 — $150,000 USD
