Responsibilities

• Assist with generating plumbing quotations and ensuring product matches.
• Handle high volumes of sales calls and direct calls within the department.
• Support Project Managers by processing transactions such as orders and quotes.
• Maintain accurate job binders and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Serve as a backup to the Quotations Administrator and assist team members.
