KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a Plumbing QA/QC Inspector to support a large-scale data center construction project in Turkey, Texas. You will inspect plumbing and piping installations to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and codes, document deficiencies, and coordinate corrective work.

The role requires strong field knowledge, attention to detail, and experience maintaining quality on complex projects, with on-site work and a six-month-plus assignment.

Qualifications

• Commercial or industrial plumbing background required.
• QA/QC or field inspection experience preferred.
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to read plumbing drawings, P&IDs, and specifications.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and construction quality standards.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with field crews, supervisors, project management and commissioning personnel.
• On-site work in Turkey, Texas for the duration of the project.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plumbing and piping installations throughout all phases of construction.
• Verify installations against drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Perform visual inspections and document deficiencies or non-conforming work.
• Review pressure testing, flushing, and system commissioning activities.
• Maintain inspection reports, punch lists, and QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate corrective work with field supervision and plumbing crews.
• Track issues through completion and final acceptance.
• Work closely with project management, commissioning teams, and other trades.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing QA/QC Inspector to support a large-scale data center construction project in Turkey, Texas.

In this role, you will inspect plumbing and piping installations throughout the construction process to ensure all work complies with project drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and established quality standards. You will document deficiencies, coordinate corrective work, and track quality issues through final resolution and acceptance.
