Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to oversee planning and delivery of commercial plumbing systems across projects in the Richmond area. You'll review drawings, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and ensure on-time, on-budget performance.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering or construction management degree, 3+ years PM experience on plumbing, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with project teams, customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, safety, estimating, CAD/BIM, purchasing, and client personnel.
• Develop and maintain detailed plumbing construction plans and schedules.
• Oversee vendor quotes, subcontracts, and equipment/material purchases.
• Supervise subcontractor RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor field progress, manage budgets, and report performance to leadership.
• Support safety programs and ensure compliance with plumbing codes.
