Atlantic Constructors Plumbing Project Manager oversees planning and delivery of our plumbing and piping operations for commercial construction projects, including domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas piping, and hydronic systems. You coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to develop schedules and ensure constructability.

The ideal candidate has a related Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of PM experience on commercial plumbing projects, strong knowledge of

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience on commercial plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction PM software.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, sales, safety, estimating, CAD/BIM and fabrication shops.
• Develop detailed plumbing construction plans and schedules.
• Scope vendor quotes and purchase equipment/materials; issue subcontracts.
• Monitor field progress, manage budgets, and report financial and schedule performance.
• Oversee change orders and subcontractor documentation; ensure safety compliance.
